Second Day Rush orders must be received by 1:30 p.m. EST to be included with that day's shipment. Next Day and Second Day Air orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) M-F to be included

Returns and Exchanges:
Should you need to return an item to us, we ask that you read the following instructions to make your return transaction as smooth as possible:
1. Place the item to be returned, original packaging material and all papers in the original shipping carton, if possible.
2. Detach the address label on the back of the shipping invoice. This will be the shipping label for your return.
Then, fill out the return form and enclose it INSIDE THE CARTON with your item.
3. Seal the package and attach the return label to the outside of the carton with glue or cellophane tape.
4. When returning merchandise by UPS or USPS, please insure the
package for the value of the merchandise and keep the receipt until the problem is resolved.
Note: If the item is to be returned because it was delivered in damaged condition, please call (800) 227-1929 for further instructions.
